:: Registration Fees


Registration fees in the 5th International Congress and the 17th National Congress is 5 million Rials which covers participation in all genetic congress sessions, meetings, opening and closing ceremonies, morning and afternoon receptions, certificate of attendance and presentation of an article in the Congress.
- The cost of lunch, accommodation, transportation and participation in the workshops is on the participants, and if the Congress provides facilities in this regard, the participants must register for it separately.
- Association members who have renewed their membership this year will receive a 40% discount .
- Students who are currently studying at university or have graduated this year are entitled to a 50% discount by presenting a valid ID card.
- Laboratory and startup company technicians are entitled to a 30% discount  by presenting a workplace/laboratory certificate.
- The registration fees cover presenting one article in the name of the participant, and for each more article, the participant has to pay one million, two hundred thousand Rials (1,200,000 Rials).
- Students, graduates and technicians are allowed to submit two articles. University and research center scientific board members are allowed to submit five articles. 
- Participation in other authors' articles will not be included in cases above.
- Each participant can only use one of the discounts mentioned above.
- Referees who actively participate in the reviewing and editing the articles, will receive a discount or refund. 
Registration fees have to be paid before the reviewing process starts, otherwise, articles will not be reviewed and/or accepted.
